1. Acceptance

By using PartyVerse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Marketplace

PartyVerse connects buyers with independent sellers of party goods and services. We are not the seller of record for items listed by third parties.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sellers receive payouts net of platform and processing fees.

4. Prohibited content

No illegal goods, hate speech, infringing material, or unsafe products. Listings violating these rules will be removed.

5. Disputes

Buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve disputes directly. PartyVerse may mediate at its discretion.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
